Contrarier ring in 14K gold with rubies (approx.0.25ctw) and diamonds (approx.0.05ctw), 1970s
This beautiful vintage ring, dating back to the '70s, is an example of a contrarier ring, in which we therefore find two sections opposite each other (“contrary”, in fact).
Each section is decorated with a round cut ruby, for a total of approx.0.25ct, and a huit-huit cut diamond, these for a total of approx.0.05ct.
Element that gives an extra touch to this ring is the fact that the shoulders of the ring are "cut", open in the center and thus creating a beautiful effect once worn.
The frame is in 14K yellow and white gold.
