- What payments do you accept?

We accept both payment via Paypal (therefore also with credit cards) or bank transfer

-How does the shipment take place?

Once payment is received we will ship the next business day via DHL Express and will send you the tracking number as soon as it is available

- How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping is free throughout Europe, if you reside in other countries please contact us to find out the price of shipping

-What are the shipping times?

Once the item has been shipped to Italy it will arrive on average in 2 working days (in the islands the shipping could take longer), in Europe in 2/4 working days

- Do you accept returns?

As per the law on the right of withdrawal, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery

- Are the watches in working order?

All the watches are in working order, the accuracy of them varies greatly depending on the era, brand and movement.

- Can the rings be made to measure?

Generally yes, all those with a smooth stem are easily adjustable while for all the others it is necessary to evaluate case by case.

-I would love a white gold jewelry but it is yellow gold

The yellow gold jewels can be subjected to a rhodium treatment that makes the gold on the white surface, it is a reversible and non-invasive process.

- Do you buy antique or vintage items?
