Vintage 18K gold navette ring with diamonds (2.80ctw approx.), 1940s / 1950s
This ring was created between the 1940s and 1950s, and is a riot of beauty, craftsmanship and wealth.
First of all, it presents the classic and much loved navette shape, therefore particularly elongated vertically and with the two pointed ends.
All this manages to give a very strong character to the ring, which stands out on the finger in a truly overwhelming and full way.
The front of the ring is literally covered with diamonds, which have been placed one attached to the other and making it really difficult to understand where one begins and where the other ends; the result is that you have the illusion of having a single huge diamond.
The diamonds are all old European cut and are for an estimated total of almost 3ct, and more precisely about 2.80ct approx!
The frame is delicate and fine, perfect for balancing the importance and abundance that we find in the ring.
The part that holds the diamonds is totally in white gold: here we find a contained height, with a thin laced edge; furthermore the jaws that hold the diamonds are very small and almost invisible (an element that obviously contributes to the illusion of the only diamond).
The two shoulders are also in white gold, decorated with two diamonds and made with a shield shape and slightly raised compared to the stem.
The back and the stem are instead in yellow gold.
The whole is 18K.

But this is exactly what makes each piece special and unique!
NB: All our jewels are unique pieces, no one is alike! If you like it don't miss it
