This ring is a beautiful example of ancient "Toi et Moi", dating back to the 1920s / 1930s.
The toi et moi rings are one of the most classic and romantic models of jewelry, being in fact that they are a symbol of love and union of two people (as the name itself says: "toi e moi" in Italian means "me and you" ).
In this example we have the two parts of the ring well defined, with the shoulders that divide with a beautiful wavy movement to end with the largest and most important diamonds, representing the concept of "toi et moi": the diamonds that decorate the shoulders they are huit-huit cut, while the two largest are old cut, for an estimated total of 0.40ct.
The ring is entirely in 14K gold: most of it is in yellow gold, while the parts that hold the diamonds are in white gold, so that they are as prominent as possible.
