This very elegant band ring is decorated with a central oval-cut opal (characterized by the typical thousand shades of colors), and an infinite series of diamonds.
In this ring the central stone is estimated at 1.2ct, and is crossed by shades of blue, blue, green, purple and yellow, creating the usual wonderful rainbow; four essential yellow gold claws hold the opal.
The rest of the ring is instead studded with diamonds: the opal is surrounded by a crown of huit-huit cut diamonds, for a total of 18 diamonds, which create an even brighter outline.
The shoulders are characterized by a rather lively shape, being in fact curved, and having the central part slightly hollow, thus creating a small recess; these are also entirely covered with huit-huit cut diamonds, for a total of 62 diamonds.
The setting is made entirely of 14K yellow gold, and the ring dates back to the 1970s.
