Vintage 18K gold ring with amethysts, 1950s
This vintage ring, made in the 1950s, has a very particular line: its three largest amethysts have in fact an oval and flattened shape, and are supported by a frame worked with small incisions; this three stones surround a smaller one, another amethyst.
The stem is also particular: it begins as a simple, smooth stem, but ends up splitting into two bands; arrived behind the ring, we find the same processing of the frames of the three main amethysts.
The ring is modeled entirely in 18K gold.
