Vintage 18K gold ring with sapphires, 1950s / 1960s

This ring certainly catches the eye for its central decoration, which makes it a really interesting piece of jewelry.
In the center the ring has been worked in such a way as to make it appear to be made up of three different rings, when in reality, continuing on the back, we will see that the stem (and therefore the starting point) is only one.
But what matters is how it will look once worn, and in this case the illusion is certainly successful, because it will really feel like you are wearing three different rings, supper alike.
The whole ring is in 18K yellow gold, and each of the three levels (or of the three rings) has a wavy shape with a marquise-cut sapphire in the center, arranged horizontally.
