Vintage 18K white gold ring with aquamarine, 70s / 80s

This is one of those rings that IMMEDIATELY jump in the eyes of anyone who looks at it: the pierre, its shape and frame are in fact of a unique peculiarity and beauty.
Starting from the stone, it is an aquamarine, characterized by a very light blue and, above all, cut with one of the cuts that I find most refined, namely the marquise one.
The aquamarine is held by a truly peculiar frame: the stem starts off beautifully smooth, but when it reaches the shoulders it opens in two large waves (or are they two whale tails? 🐋) marked with incisions and reaching the stone with four brand.
