Vintage 8K gold pendant with amethysts, 1960s

This delightful vintage pendant was made in the 60s and using only two materials, which however gave life to a beautiful jewel and that will give an extra touch to anyone who wears it.

At the center we find an oval cut amethyst and a very intense purple; if looked at in profile, we notice how the frame (in 8K yellow gold) that holds it makes it stand out particularly: four simple jaws hold it firmly, while a completely folded outline delimits the outer edge.
