Marine necklace in 18K gold, 1960s
This very elegant necklace is a vintage example of a marine necklace, dating back to the 1960s.
In this case we have rather small sweaters, thus making the necklace very pleasant to wear, both for the weight and for the appearance, which gives a great sense of refinement, but at the same time of an everyday jewel.
The seafaring necklace is so called because, probably, the links that compose it resemble the rings of the chains of the ships (to see them they are actually the same).
The whole necklace and all its links are entirely made of 18K yellow gold.
