Pair of vintage 18K gold diamond rings (0.08ctw approx.), 1970s

Each of these two rings presents a very particular element, which at the beginning even I had not noticed: both, at first glance, seem to be in fact solitaires, therefore decorated with a single diamond; in reality, however, at their center we find three single diamonds, positioned very close to each other and thus creating the illusion that it is a single larger diamond.
The three stones are located in the center of the ring, inside a hollow dug a little lower than the shoulders, which rise above them in height; each is huit-huit cut, and are for an estimated total of approx. 0.04ct. (ring).
The rest of the frame is rather angular, with very clear and precise sides, characteristics that make us understand that these are two rings made in the 70s.

The stone weights indicated in carats represent approximate weights, taken with the stones set, which can therefore vary slightly.
Given the age and the fact that they are handcrafted jewels (and not in series), our antique and vintage jewels are often not perfect and may show normal signs of surface wear and / or small imperfections, possibly present both on the parts in gold than on stones.
But this is precisely what makes each piece special and unique!
