14K gold triple ring with diamonds (0.15ctw approx.), 1970s
I find this ring particularly interesting since it was made to create the illusion of being formed not by a single ring but by three (to be precise three solitaires).
Its stem, in fact, starts as a single piece, but on the front we see three elements that are different and distinct.
All this therefore leads to having a ring that will cover a beautiful part of the finger and, once worn, it will seem to really have three rings at the same time and not just one.
Each solitaire is decorated with a brilliant cut diamond, for an estimated total of 0.15ct approx. (and therefore 0.05 for each diamond); the shoulders are instead crossed by grooves, which serve to delineate the contours of these three fictitious rings
The result is a ring that is certainly different from the usual, very fun to wear and which, above all, thanks to its cunning, allows you to have three rings in one.
