This delightful antique pendant has been modeled to give it the shape of a heart and, inside, it also hides a photo frame: it is in fact a photo frame pendant, inside which you can hold and hide a photo, a leaflet, a small flower , a small plant, in short, everything that can fit inside this adorable jewel.
The heart is embellished on the front with a series of engravings: in the rhombus we find a ruby, while in the circle a sapphire; decorative and geometric engravings further decorate it.
The back is smooth instead.
Both the pendant and the chain are entirely made of 9K gold and date back to the early 1900s.
NB: The pendant is in good general condition (consistent with the age of the jewel), but it has some small dents along the edge of the tip, and more precisely on the outer upper side; the two parts of the heart open and close correctly.
The pendant is sold together with the chain.
