Art Deco solitaire in 18K gold and silver with approx. 1ct diamond, 1920s

If you think this is the solitaire you have ever seen, I can only agree with you!

The ring in front of your eyes is an incredible example of Art Deco jewelery, created in the 1920s under the influence of this fantastic movement.

The whole central part was made of silver and with very sharp and clear outlines, with precise and perfectly designed lines, creating a strong sense of precision.
In contrast to this precision, the entire internal surface has been decorated with fretwork, which have given life to various floral and naturalistic designs; this whole section extends upwards, reaching the apex of the ring.

Here we find a border made of eight sides, inside which a beautiful diamond has been set: this is old European cut and estimated at about 1ct. !!

Finally, to emphasize is the stem, made of 18K yellow gold and through a central groove.

Trust me, a ring like this is not seen every day and this, thanks to all the small precise and perfect details, is nothing more than a real work of art!
