Antique ring in 18K gold and silver with rosette cut diamonds, early 1900s
Of this ancient ring, dating back to the early 1900s, the first thing that certainly catches the eye is the shape of the central part, square and therefore characterized by very precise and clear lines.
The square was made with two different metals: the upper part is in fact in silver, dotted over the entire surface by "claws", while the back is in 18K yellow gold (as well as the rest of the ring); and the division can be seen very well with the naked eye.
Obviously, as is typical for these rings, the silver part is the one that holds the diamonds, so that they stand out more; the diamonds are all rosette cut, with the central largest and four other lateral ones decorating each corner of the square.
The last element to indicate in this part are the two upper and lower outer edges, rather thick and embellished with a sort of lace.
The shoulders are the other two absolute protagonists of this ring, being in fact very worked and decorated with beautiful engravings.
The final result is this particular and unique jewel of its kind, with a shape that is not at all trivial and with details to be discovered every time you look at the ring.
