Vintage 18K gold ring with aquamarine, 1950s

Of this ring stands out the fact that we have two elements (both incredibly beautiful) that manage to enhance each other, without overshadowing each other.
The ring is in fact decorated with an oval-cut aquamarine and characterized by a blue that has some magnetic, and from which it is very difficult to take your eyes off; the stone also protrudes slightly from the frame, so that visually, once the ring is worn, it is higher.
The setting, in 18K yellow gold, is no exception: the aquamarine is held by four jaws that start from a fine and thin bezel, which is connected to an outermost contour that surrounds the stone; the latter has been worked in such a way as to be formed by a series of soft and lively decorations, extremely elegant.
Finally, a special mention must be made for the shoulders, which perfectly continue the incredible workmanship that we find throughout the ring.
